1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account with nova88. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, mobile numbers, emails, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and may result in all such accounts being frozen, including any funds held in them.

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and current information. Information that is provided falsely or misleadingly may result in account cancellation. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date should any changes occur.

The full name registered must match the name of the e-wallet or bank account holder used for transactions. Failure to match this name may delay or result in rejection of withdrawals.

• You must notify nova88 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

nova88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through approved payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) unless otherwise stated for cryptocurrency transactions.

Minimum deposit is RM30 for all payment methods. Minimum withdrawal is RM100 per request. No maximum limit is set for regular players, however large withdrawals may be subject to compliance review.

Standard withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours after the request is approved. This time may vary depending on system load and verification requirements.

For example, a deposit of RM100 yields a bonus of RM150, bringing the balance to RM250 — the wagering value to be completed is RM150 × 10 = RM1,500. For a deposit of RM800, the maximum bonus of RM500 is given, the balance becomes RM1,300, and the wagering value required is RM500 × 10 = RM5,000.

• Each player is entitled to receive the Welcome Bonus once only
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash
• nova88 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is suspicion of abuse or misuse of promotions
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period; expired bonuses will not be extended
• Wagering on certain games may carry different contribution rates towards meeting the wagering requirements
